Arlo app displaying getting status too long for mode tab

Hi all! For some time now the access time for gathering status of Arlo base (pro 3) from app. is lagging and often takes up to 1 minute. Same Wi-Fi, nothing changed, same phone etc etc. Since I daily selected different camera scenarios this is really enjoying me. Anyone got any ideas? Base has latest updates. System otherwise is functional as it should so I don’t get it?

The best I get is about 15sec, there was an issue similar about 12months ago that some users had and I recall that it was a arlo regional server issue although it was never recognised by arlo.
Try power cycling the base station to start with.
