Arlo Pro3 doesnt charge

When connected, Arlo pro3 turn solid blue for just one sec and later two click sounds and not lighting anymore.

When charging, the LED is off. Depending on the camera settings, the LED turns solid blue when fully charged but not at any other time. The battery icon should also show a lightning bolt across it to show power is still connected.
