Arlo Pro3 H10 cameras connecting but suddently not recording

I have Arlo Pro H10 (3?) cameras and two doorbells. Everything worked for years, but suddenly they stopped recording a couple days ago. I can connect to live video without any problem, so the app is connecting to the cameras with live feed. My subscriptions are all active and my devised are selected "All Armed." I armed them according to the online instructions after the cameras stopped recording.
I had no problems for several years, and adjusted nothing. It suddenly stopped recording anything in the library. I've rebooted the Internet modem, rebooted the base station several times (blue solid light) and the Ethernet cables are solidly plugged in.

You can confirm the model either by
- opening one of the cameras, removing the battery, and looking for a label inside
- going into the support area of the app, selecting the camera, and scrolling down to the product field.
Note the Pro 3 is also known as the VMC4040P
Can you make a manual recording?
Also, have you tried removing/reinserting the battery in one of the cameras?
