I updated my app with my Arlo Pro three camera system and it now no longer has a on off toggle. My cameras are fully charged, but my devices just show off-line on the app and no way to turn them on or off like I used to have not been able to use my cameras since I updated my app, how do I turn them on? There are no buttons or features in the settings to do so any longer .

If this is only happening with one camera, you could try swapping them around and see if the problem moves with the camera (or not).
Also, if the smarthub is near your router, you can try measuring the upload speed using your phone. Use the Ookla (speedtest) app, which is free. Disable mobile data during the test, so you'll know you are measuring your home wifi speed.

Offline means there's no communication so turning the camera on or off isn't possible. You can try rebooting the hub or reinsert the camera battery to see if that helps. Of course, the battery needs to have a charge for this to work.

If the camera is off it can’t communicate, so your suggestion isn’t the best .. the on/off is gone … the app or an update has done something… I’m struggling with the same issue on my system …

@AFH1234 : On/Off is still there in the camera settings. Just to into devices, select the camera, and then press the settings wheel.

As I said above, on/off is NOT gone. The camera remains connected to WiFi when it is "off", so the camera can be turned back on.
This is different from when the camera is "offline". When offline, the wifi connection has dropped, so the camera won't respond to anything.

The camera shows offline. There is no remote way to reset it. I used to be able to just toggle the on off switch and it would try to connect but now I just have to open and close the app and see if it connects but it hasn’t in a long time. I’m probably switching camera systems.

Does this happen often?
If it is, do you have any thoughts about the cause?
It can be caused by a poor signal connection between the camera and the base. If it is persistent, then the battery might have discharged.
