Arlo Pro 3 wire-free in the Edit Rule I cannot turn on "Record Video"

My cameras are not recording the videos.  I went to Edit Rule and am unable to click on "Record Video"

Do you have the appropriate camera selected for both "If the following" as well as "Then do the following"? Have you tried a custom mode?

 

In addition, do you have a subscription?
