Arlo Pro 3 - not recording

Hi,

My Arlo some time ago stop recording video to my usb drive in my hub. I left the topic without checking, but today I sat down to it, and I don't see that the option where I can mark the possibility of recording is available. I attach the screen. Please help 🙂

Check the camera settings to ensure it has been disabled/turned off.

Since you seem to have the old user interface that uses Library to view recordings, click on Settings, My Devices and then a camera. There should be a toggle there to turn the camera on or off.

We did not understand each other. I can turn on the camera, I also have a live view. When I am away from home and the camera is on and some bird on the terrace activates it, the recording does not start. The recording option is unavailable, as you can see in the photo I attached in the first post.

Start by removing the camera from your account and then add it back in. Does that solve the problem?

What model hub do you have?

Do you have a subscription for the camera?
