Arlo Pro 3 not being synced after battery recharge

I tried all of the options displayed on the forum and articles provided by Arlo. 

I think the issue is I’m unable to reset the camera by holding sync button on camera and I don’t get an AMBER light at all. I always get Blue LED. 

I also tried changing the battery from the running camera and resync the camera but No Luck !

 

please do the needful.

How long did you hold the sync button to reset? It has to be >10 seconds to be sure.

I tried for a minute to resync it. 
i tried all possible options according to my best knowledge. 

only issue I come across is AMBER light is not happening.

Use Settings Support and choose your camera type to possibly start a replacement process.
