Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
coming to the end of the three month trial and the system has functioned perfectly using the app to arm and disarm cameras and access live feed. I have reliable wifi router and other devices work perfectly as has Arlo to date BUT...
after downloading IOS 13.6.1 two days ago the Arlo app keeps indicating that the cameras are offline and it is not possible to arm or disarm using the app or access the live feed at times. Intermittent fault. In actual fact the cameras and the hub are still working fine.
looks like the App needs an update maybe??
friends in town but miles away with the same system having the same problem. Definitely new for us both.
cheers

I have sort of the same problem. I'll pull up the app and it'll say that cameras are offline and to check to if my router is working properly. That happens a few times throughout the day. Wifi router is fine as I am able to use it on other wireless devices. I do use an Eero mesh router. Not sure if that is a problem or not. I also use a new device called Winston Privacy which blocks ads and tracking via a hardware device placed between the modem and router. They have "modules" that can be engaged in order to work more smoothly with Arlo cameras. I have that toggled on in their dashboard.

Thanks
we have a very simple fibre broadband installation and a smart modem. No add ons etc and the wifi is really great both for all devices and the cameras. This is a really new problem of the offline messages where the online live cameras are viewed via the app and seemed to coincide with ios update 13.6.1
Our free 90 day trial ends tomorrow and we have not yet taken a library subscription as we have a hard drive backup.
I am convinced the issue is with the app post upgrade or Arlo are degrading app performance if you do not have a subscription. Or we have a faulty hub, but that does not make sense as our friends have the same problem, also new and about the same age Pro 3 equipment.
Definitely not continual but intermittent.
Log out and log in every time and it fixes it but we never used to need to do that.
