Arlo Pro 3 cannot enroll removed camera

We have a Pro 3 package with 4 cameras which we activated on different dates (1-3 have expired from the 3-month free plan, cam 4 is active still).
Accidentally I removed cam 1 from the hub and re-connected it afterwards, but all the smart features (photo, live recording etc) have disappeared and it is listed as inctive, and not possible to move up to the active section in “Manage Arlo Smart” in the app. Cam’s 2-3 still have these features even though they no longer have an active plan and are listed together with cam 4 as active cameras.
How can I get the same features for cam 1 as I have for cam’s 2-3 (and 4)?

If the trial subscription is no longer active for cam 1, you will need to purchase a subscription plan for it to benefit from Arlo Smart features.
