Arlo Pro 3 cameras and doorbell 3 month trial ended and now I don't receive notifications.

After my trial period I no longer receive notifications or alerts. My cameras out of the trial period are listed as inactive in my accounts. When I looked this up in Arlo support it said I DON'T have to pay a subscription in order to receive notifications. I am very unsatisfied with this. What good are the cameras if they don't alert me when someone is at my house that shouldn't be? If I had know this required a subscription I would have gone with different cameras!

That is correct.
Are the cameras showing up in the "no plan" section of the subscription page?
