Hi there,
I have an Arlo Pro 3 camera that has gone pink. I have taken the battery out and factory reset it too. No change it happens with Live footage and on recording. I have contacted Arlo support and I am now at day 6 of messages and 5 different Arlo support people later. Every time the people have asked the same info and I am so over it. How do you get anything solved with Arlo support as this is torture and I am now wishing I bought something else?

This is a stuck IR filter (which normally is only engaged in Nightvision mode).
While you are waiting to get a useful contact with support, you could try shaking the camera. Some people have had success running a strong magnet over the camera.
Best option with support is to insist that you need an RMA.

Hi folks. I'm having the same issue on one of my Pro 3's. Shaking it did help temporarily (dating myself, but it reminds me of hitting the top of old CRT TVs to snap the picture back into place 🙄) but it keeps going back to pink. I did not try the magnet, not sure I have one. Q: What is "strong" and is there a specific place on the camera to use the magnet?
Is there no other way to fix this? I'm not sure I still have warranty. Thanks.

Hi Darren,
Mine was outside its warranty date too. But shouldn’t be having to buy new camera every 2 years surely? They have asked me to send the camera back to them which I have. Just waiting on the next lot of contact from Arlo once they have received it.
Sorry it’s not much help, but can update when I know more.
Cheers,
Laura
