Hi, Not seeking replacement or anything. Was my fault it fell. Just want to know if this camera is a complete goner or can it be fixed at all?

It can't be repaired.
You could try removing/reinserting the battery - to see if rebooting the camera would help.
You could also try a factory reset. https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera The instructions are a bit garbled for the Pro3/Pro4/Ultra - you hold down the sync button until the camera flashes amber (after removing the camera from the account).
