I have purchased the Pro 3 and the magnetic ball style table/wall/ceiling mount but there is no way the camera and the mount will stick to each other. Is there a trick that I have overlooked or is there a compatibility issue? Thank you.

I believe the ball mount ( no pic ) you speak of is for the older models that had the magnet in the camera...
the newer ( pro3/ultra ) have the magnet in the mount.
