Happy customer since Nov 2018, and now after so many attempts I can not find a path to get my system back online.   I am tech savvy and so disappointed after telling so many people how happy I was.....

This happened once before and all things went well with the reboot.  Now it is proving to be super frustrating.  There is no way to get a human unless you pay for the service. I am going to post a bad review at Costco as well as a buyer beware.   I have the Pro3 cameras and VMB4000 base purchased at Costco and ordered additional battery packs. 

They had worked so well and so disappointed to create e-waste if I can't find a solution in 24 hours from Arlo I have to move on and go to another source. 

Anyone know how to pull me back in from the frustration?  Thanks in advance, I really would prefer to keep them.

Is the problem with the base showing offline using the website login or a mobile device app?

We need more information.  

  • Was there something that triggered the off-line status (router change, power outage, ... )
  • What have you done to try to fix it?

What is the LED status on the VMB4000?
