So one of my cameras doesn’t seem to have its spotlight or infrared working. Battery charge is 75%. Under video settings both are turned on. Camera is about 3 months old. I do live stream and turn on the flash icon but camera fails to turn on its spotlight. Help here? Or do I contact customer service? If so what is the number? Thank you.

I'd start by removing and then reinstalling the battery - that reboots the camera. If that fails to resolve it, you probably need to do a factory reset. https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera
There is a support area in the app (just select "settings" and you should see it). That will give you the support options for your camera.
