Arlo Pro 3 Installing Battery Upsidedown

Me and my brother were putting in the batteries to our new Arlo pro 3 cams and he put it in upside down and now it won’t come out. I need help

You'll just have to work at it. Gently use long, thin instruments to try to pry it out. You may be able to use a pair of pliers (channel locks would be my choice) to grip the end of the battery and slowly wiggle it out. Be careful so you don't damage the battery or camera. Cosmetic damge is ik but punctures/rips aren't.
