I feel that it´s bad that i can´t buy a new power adapter from you for the Smart Hub.
The "so-called expert" support tell me to check the voltage and buy one from a router from another brand.
Then it could be the wrong ampere and also with the wrong contact.
I don't now why this should be a problem for you...
I feel that I regret buying Arlo
You have to shape up

FWIW, a "universal" power supply can be used since they allow configuration of not only voltages but also polarity.

I get your frustration. However, if you have the failed power adapter, then you should have enough information from its label to get a compatible third-party adapter. Note Netgear owned Arlo for some years (until 2018), and I have several chargers and power adapters for Arlo that still have Netgear branding and part numbers on them.
What base station model do you have?
