I have a PRO 3 floodlight that works flawlessly while operating off of its battery. When I plug the unit in to AC via the Arlo adapter it goes offline within 5 to 6 hours. I then have to delete the floodlight and reinstall it to get it working again. To verify that this issue is related to being plugged in to AC, I have operated the camera unplugged for a week and there are no issues. I then plug it in, and it drops offline within 5 to 6 hours. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

ChuckB2,
Are you using a genuine Arlo branded outdoor charging cable?

Hi James! I am using the genuine outdoor magnetic charger. I have a ticket open. Hopefully, they can determine the solution. Thanks!
