I cannot connect Pro3 to my phone.
It can proceed the 1st stage of blue blink, I heard a chime.
On the next phrase, it asked to press the sync with 15 seconds, wait it goes amber then blue.
I heard the chime from the blue blink but end up it said the device not found.

Do you have any sort of subscription? If so, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose Contact Support. At the bottom of the selections presented, choose No Device.
It may be faster and easier to swap the camera at the store.

I tried to unplug the battery, restart the phone again. But same issue.
The Pro3 device never get connect into my account hence no re-adding it option..

Is this the wireless floodlight? or the Pro 3 spotlight?
