Arlo Pro 3 Battery Not Charging

So all three Pro3 cameras right out of box are not charging. Checked forum and cant find adequate solution. Tried charging each for several hours and they are dead minutes after removing charger. I removed and installed the batteries, I get blinking blue light when I attach the charger, but then blue light goes out and I cant tell if its charging or not, nothing lit. I have most up to date firmware. Very confused, am i missing something? Please help

Try plugging them in several times in a row, as per the FAQ here in the support section of resurrecting dead batteries. If totally dead, they won't charge immediately - the process of charging multiple times with a few minutes worth of charging each time is to get enough charge in the battery to allow it to fully charge.
