New cameras and batteries. Trying to put initial charge on batteries. When I connect batteries to charger I get some blue and red LED flashes, then  flashing blue, followed by rapidly flashing amber then nothing. I've tried charging three batteries so far, but never get any indication they are charging or that they are charged. What is the indication while they are charging, and what is the indication when they are completely charged?

Thanks

Can you confirm the camera model?  The post title says Pro-3, but the label is VMC4030, which would be Pro-2.

Camera LED statuses are described here: https://kb.arlo.com/642/What-do-the-different-LED-behaviors-on-my-Arlo-camera-mean

None of the cameras have a red LED.

If you are using an Arlo Pro/Pro2 charging station, then normally a solid amber LED indicates that the battery is charging, and a green LED indicates that it is fully charged.  Arlo doesn't say what the LED status is for the Ultra/Pro-3 charging station is - and I don't own one, so I can't provide any info on that.  @JamesC , it would be good if a KB base article would cover that.

Also, is the camera synced with the base and on-line?  If so, you can easily see the charging status via the web client ( https://my.arlo.com )
