Since Arlo upgraded their app, I have not been able to use my Arlo. Arlo does not have humans to talk with or sufficient videos. I am ready to drop Arlo and start over with the cameras with a different brand. Any suggestions?

The app really hasn't changed much but perhaps you migrated from the old user interface (UI) that uses Library too view recordings to the new one that uses Feed. If so, check Routines and edit your modes. It may be that Armed Home doesn't have rules but Armed Away should have rules for all cameras so you can try using that mode for testing. To do that, go to Dashboard and select Armed Away.
To speak to official support you need a subscription (which also gives you cloud recordings). Do you have a sub? Which one?
