Arlo 3 order more parts

I am trying to get a phone number to customer service to order more parts, hire a tech and get a plan. I don't like doing it online since I am not tech savvy. Anyone have a number to these people?

You can't order parts for the cams. To call a phone number you need a subscription now. Since you want a subscription you can sign up in the subscription setting at my.arlo.com support can not sign you up anyway. You can check in the app under Support setting for your options for support and when you sign up for a sub it will show a Phone number there. Now you will just see chat without a sub.
