Arlo 3 is off the network and wont sync

I have an arlo pro 3 camera which was connected to vmb5000 hub until several days ago. I tried syncing it and manually syncing it without success. Then I tried a factory reset on the camera and was still unable to synch it. Any ideas how to get it back on the network?

1) Is the battery fully charged until the camera LED is solid blue?
2) Did you remove the camera from your account before trying to reconnect it?
3) Did you follow the whole reset procedure as laid out in this FAQ?

1) Is the battery fully charged until the camera LED is solid blue? Yes, power is directly connected to it and battery is good.
2) Did you remove the camera from your account before trying to reconnect it? Yes, the camera was removed. I tried to sync it and it wouldn’t resynch so I reset it and it still wont connect.
3) Did you follow the whole reset procedure as laid out in this FAQ?

There are two procedures in the KB article. If you didn't use the one that has you press the sync button for about ~15 seconds, then I suggest trying that one.
