Everything has worked fine for 3 weeks, however yesterday my base station stopped working. When powering the device on a red led flashes for 2 thenths of a second and then nothing.

ive tried switching power sockets, also removing power for 5mins,

my last option is to factory reset while it’s on boot.

what other options are available thanks

Could be either the power supply or the hub. The fastest thing would be to swap at the store. Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for an RMA.

Gfitzp,

The LED behavior you describe doesn't match anything seen here: What do the LEDs on my Arlo SmartHub or base station mean?

As jguerdat suggests, this could indicate a hardware issue. I encourage you to contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
