So I have 3 arlo 3 pro floodlight cameras around my home. Have had them for about 4 months now and have been consistently having issues with the cameras NOT Notifying or recording movements.
I have taken them offline and back on, restarted them, removed the battery and waited, removed them from my system and reinstalled them. Nothing has worked consistently.
For $250 cameras the features are rich but this rediculous how unreliable they are and how helpless tech support is.
This is now the third time I have opened a ticket in 3 months with no solution in site and so I am turning to the community for help to see if anyone else has had any luck.
Just to be clear the cameras are connected to my network, I can manually activate a recording and that recording will store in the application. So the connection is not the issue. Also the camera is recognizing movements as the flood lights turn on, but there are no notifications ans no automatic recordings. The issue is I don't know when someone is outside my home and I have no proof of it either.
I hated my Ring cameras but at least they were reliable. Having a camera outside that does nothing is a $250 paper weight.
I need a solution that is hopefully permanent or at least repeatable if it happens again.
help!

I get that nothing has worked for long. But I am wondering which of these measures restored correct operation for a while. That info might give some clues on what is going on.
Do they all fail together?
Also, I am thinking that the cameras are connected to your home wifi, and not a base station. Can you confirm that?
