Arlo 3 Doesn't have Record Option

I have three Arlo 3 cameras. Two cameras are indicated as H10 hardware in the Device Info; the third is identified as H9. THe H9 camera does not allow me to select "Record Video" in a mode configuration; the only option is to "Activate Siren". In addition to these 3 cameras, I have 4 other older Arlo cameras. 

 

This is the only camera with which I am having this issue. I've verified that there are not any firmware updates for the base station or the cameras.

Reboot your phone and reinstall the app. Reboot your base. Try both the app and a computer browser to see if there's a difference. You may need to remove and resync the camera.

Arlo Pro 3 requires an Arlo Smart subscription to record content to the cloud. Do you have an active Arlo Smart subscription or Trial plan on the third Pro 3 camera?
