Adding third party devices like z-wave compatible smart door lock

Considering that VMB4540 smart hub supports z-wave, I want to now if I can add third party devices with z-wave compatibility like smart door locks to my Arlo smart hub and don't buy a new hub like Wink for the smart lock.

No. This functionality is not supported on Arlo devices.
