Activity Zones not working

I am subscribed to the Arlo Secure Plus plan and cannot get Activity Zones to work unless the camera/s have power plugged in. Shouldn't be that way, right?

@Dannybear is suggesting that you check now and see if the activity zones are still being ignored.

ok, the issue now is that activity zones don't appear as an option with smart turned off.

Is the camera still in the subscription list?

I'm not seeing this with my cameras - activity zones are still active after I move the camera to the inactive smart list.

 

I checked this with iOS - are you using Android?

Hah, this is on the web. I just tried iOS and added a zone again

ok, here is an example of the activity zone and a person walking outside of it and alerting.
