Hello- Been having this problem for a while. Says the problem is the AC power is disconnected and I need to connect. This is battery operated (rechargeable) and no AC has ever been connected except to charge. Any help would be appreciated as I would like my front door camera to work properly.
Thanks

Activity zones require either AC power to be applied or a subscription. I'm guessing you have bneither (the trial period is over).

This just started happening last 2-3 months. My trial ran out long ago.

As above, those are your options. Apply power or subscribe.

I appreciate the advice. But my two battery only camas in the back continue to work fine. So I'm thinking there must be something else. Drive camera continues to work if unplugged and runs on battery.

If the issue is that the app is telling you this and you just want to get rid of the message, you must have a zone configured for that camera. Go to the camera settings and delete the existing zone(s). The message will then disappear.

Thanks for the suggestion and your time. Currently it's plugged up and being changed. I followed your instructions, but still get that message.

It seems to be working now after a few minutes. Thank you for the advice.

Well, I spoke too soon. It worked for a while then the message came back--while being plugged in.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

By all means. Other than what is mentioned here, I deleted this camera and reinstalled/added it again thinking that might help, but did not. I restart the base station at least one a week. It is still detecting activity, so it's not horribly important, but is odd it started giving that message long after the trial ran out, as in about a year afterwards and has never been connected to power. That was the part that got my attention.

Does this occur over the web portal as well?

Yes, both the phone and website. Thanks
