I have just paid a subscription and I can’t drag the cameras into the plan on my iPhone, also on the ap I can’t seem to find the status of the cameras subscription

You need to manage the subscription on a browser on the web portal at my.arlo.com
In the app it says to go there to manage the plans. Also, if your still on the 3 month trial you won't be able to move them there until it expires, or you cancel it.
