I purchased this system (VMB4540 with 2 cameras) back in April and have been recording from the two cameras locally. When the subscription ran out the system stopped recording. I purchased the Safe subscription thinking that would resolve the issue, but now I am receiving this message:

CVR is currently disabled.

AC power has been disconnected from this device. Please reconnect the power source to the device.

My system had been rendered completely useless and I would very much appreciate some support and advice on how to get this system functioning again. Thank you.

The usual subscription is Arlo Secure.

CVR (continuous video recording) has its own subscription, and requires AC power to be delivered to the camera.  24x7 recording takes too much power for battery operation.

Did you have a CVR subscription before?  Or did you mean "CVR" when you said "Arlo Safe" above?
