Randomly last night. All of my cameras went off-line. I’ve restarted my hub and I can’t get my cameras to reconnect. Of the three lights on the front of the hub. The two outer ones are green. I think the middle one usually blinks and it is not blinking, and it is not lit up green

If the middle led is not illuminated it indicates a loss of Ethernet connection to the router/modem.

 

Try power cycling the modem/router first, wait until it has fully rebooted and connected to the isp before power cycling the arlo Base.

@NicoleJ - if that doesn't help, try moving the base's ethernet cable on the router/modem to a different LAN port.
