I’m getting 5-10 minute gaps in the recordings. How do I fix this?

Do you have the CVR subscription?  Or are you talking about something else?

Have a subscription. It will record someone coming in but doesn’t show anyone leaving.

But WHICH subscription - a Secure plan or a CVR sub? Seeing a gap in recordings implies you have a CVR sub.

If you just have a Secure plan for cloud recordings, the issue of not recording a person leaving may be due to various things such as the exact camera placement and motion sensitivity settings as well as the direction that the person happens to go. The PIR sensors work best when motion is across the FOV, not directly to or from the camera. Have you tested this yourself?

Which subscription?

  1. Arlo Secure?
  2. Or Continuous Video Recording????

Assuming Arlo Secure, the recordings start when the camera detects motion.

How far is the camera from the path the person is taking?

Do you have activity zones set up for the camera?

Have you tried using the motion detection test along that path?
