3 yr. old Arlo Pro 3 camera amber motion sensing & siren not working.

Arlo pro3 issues despite good WiFi signal and 100% battery charged:
1. Motion amber light not
sensing visibly in front of camera.
2. No audible siren when activated manually.
3. 1 of the pro 3 camera unable to go Live mode on touch screen. Just keeps circling then goes back to previous video display.

What have you tried and what do you see? Any error messages? Have you rebooted the hub as well as reinserted the camera batteries to get to a known state?
