I have 3 Arlo pro cameras that will not pick up and 2 Essential cameras that will not charge

Define "will not pick up". Record? What's your active mode? Have you rebooted the base?
CHarging issues can be not properly inserting the cable on either end or a charger that isn't working. You can try a different cable and charger. If you let the batteries completely die (don't do that - proactively charge them) try this FAQ. The idea is the plug and unplug many times until the battery has enough charge to then normally charge.
