0.9 MBps internet - Video Lag Arlo Pro 3

I have recently purchased Arlo Pro 3 with 3 cameras. My internet is relatively slow at 0.9 MBps upload, 16 MBps download. I’m experiencing about 15+ sec lag on live stream ( at low quality).  I want to ascertain if upgrading internet will solve this. I’m curious to see what Users see in a video lag with a better internet service?  Will going to 6MBps solve all my lag, or does it need to be better than that?

That is below the recommendation (upload bandwidth is 2 Mbps per camera).  I don't know how it will affect your lag.  I do suggest keeping the motion recordings short.
