Hello,

 

i purchased a pro 3 floodlight cam and added the yearly sub for 1 camera. 

the invoice came but the plan does not appear in the app. It still shows as trial. 

Please advise on fix or refund policy.

Once the trial is over, it'll show. You should have waited until the end of the trial as you'd have got the trial's length of subscription extra.

Once the trial is over the subscription will kick in.
