Why does my camera stop recording after 10ish seconds when there is still an individual and motion in its field of view?

There can be a couple answers.... based on what your settings are for record time in the mode.
1) camera record time may be set FIXED TIME @ 10 sec ( lowest possible )
2) record time may be set to RECORD TILL MOTION STOPS and after trigger event to record, the camera does not "see" motion and stops
Check in the MODE, under RECORD of camera.... you can toggle edit on the mode to get to the second level where the time setting is.

I think that arlo could do better with the motion setting approach. Record adjustable time and until motion stops.
