My floodlight has said that there is an update when I try to update it. It continuously fails. I’ve even brought it in and said it next to my router and Arlo hub. However, it never works!

What region are you in? Not all regions may get the update at the same time.

That's relevant of course.  But the system shouldn't offer a firmware update if it can't deliver it.

Do you have a subscription for the camera?

 

If you do, then I suggest using phone support.  Make sure you do that using the support center in the app.  Googling for a phone number usually leads to a scam support site.
