Turned off, light still stuck on

Floodlight will randomly come on. Not only that, now last night it was super windy so I set to disarm mode which usually works.

Nope. Ok, so I go into settings and turn BOTH floodlights off.

Nope. Woke up to 40 notifications on each and one not plugged in drained 60% of the battery.

If connected to a base or hub, reboot that. If connected to WiFi, reboot the individual cameras.

did all that. Clearly there is a firmware issue

Are you using the default "disarmed" mode or are you using a custom mode? Is this still happening?

Default disarmed mode.

That said, it seemed to be an issue that night. Still running into issue of whenever I open the app the lights come on w/o any motion or turning on myself. Just opening the app.

That and randomly coming on and staying on.

I have exactly the same issue...

Most of the time I do not want to have the flood light turning on but it still does even if the settings say it is disabled...

Very annoying and frustrating.... Any help or advice?
