Solar Panel Charger for Ultra, Pro 3, Pro 4, Pro 5, Go 2 & Floodlight Cameras Question

I have an Arlo Floodlight 3 and recently purchased a solar panel (Solar Panel Charger for Ultra, Pro 3, Pro 4, Pro 5, Go 2 & Floodlight - VMA5600-20000S) to charge it.

It worked for one day and now I get the below error message when trying to charge it:

"Unable to charge Battery.  

Connect a compatible Arlo Charge to the device to charge"

I have reset the device but no change.

I believe that message usually means a connection problem between the panel and camera. Have you tried cleaning the connection on both sides?
