SOLAR PANEL TOP ISSUES

We purchased our solar panels to recharge our flood light systems jan 03 2021. We have always wipe clean the solar panels every 3 months like clock work. We now notice one not charging the battery on our spotlight Arlo Camera. We removed it cleaned it and charged the battery fully from our indoor house plug. Put all back and a week later still showing now 6% charge. So I pulled it back down again now notice a little closer the actual face of the solar panel grid has a bunch of hair line cracks assuming this is causing an issue. Any help on replacement warranty maybe due to bad design or not ???

Use Settings, Support, select a camera (I'd use Pro 3 here) and get a phone number to start the process for a possible replacement.
