Pro 3 spotlight can’t turn on the alarm

I can’t turn on the alarm on my spotlight camera ? It’s not listed ? When I click the red shield it’s not listed. Any ideas. Thanks.

Can you clarify what camera? The post title says Pro 3, but the base model (VMB3000) isn't compatible with that camera.

 

Also it would be good to know which app (Android or iOS; and the app version).
