device is not found, I get blinking blue and qr code chimes and nada. I made sure I am on the same network, check. Funny I thought "chat" was realtime. I did know it was we will get back to you in a couple of days. I think Arlo needs to come into this century after all they ARE a technology company lol. Any help is appreciated as you can tell i am frustrated

One option is to try phone support instead of chat.
After the QR code chimes, can you check your router's attached device list, and see if the camera is in that list.
