Pro 3 Floodlight Camera Not Connecting After Pairing With Wifi

My Pro 3 Floodlight ran out of battery so I charged it. It wouldn't connect, so I removed and factory-reset it. It found the network, chimed, was updated and named, etc. But when it came to mounting the camera, I'm getting no signal from the camera and the setup page just says "Connecting..." under the Video Bandwidth label with no image. LED is blinking blue. Is the unit faulty?

It seems there may have been an issue during onboarding. Make sure the camera is in a location with good connectivity and try onboarding again. You may need to perform another factory reset as it sounds like the camera was successfully discovered and synced but may not have completed the process. Are you still experiencing an issue?
