Is it possible to  buy a new mounting plate for the pro 3 floodlight without it the light is absolutely useless

The only thing I see in Arlo's accessories for the floodlight is a ceiling mount. Dunno if that would help.

Otherwise, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer.

If Arlo does not sell that part separately, then eBay often lists items sold for parts.  If I had a working floodlight and only needed the housing/mounting plate, then I'd feel safe purchasing a used/broken floodlight off of eBay for the part.
