The base should simply be powered down, the cable connected to the new router and powered back on. Is that what you've done? What base or hub do you have? What do the base/hub LED(s) show? Rebooting the router and base/hub, in that order might be useful.
For the camera, how is it supposed to be connected - to your WiFi or to the above base? For WiFi, the simplest thing to do whenever you get a new router is to change the router's WiFi config so the old SSID and password is used - then anything using WiFi will automatically connect with no issue. Otherwise, you have to either remove and reconnect the camera to your account or go into the camera settings for WiFi and change the network. If connected to that base, once the base is online the camera should also work.
