I cannot access my e-mail account, as the university it is tied to deleted it

Hello, 

 

I own several Arlo products. Due to that fact my email address is my 2 factor authentication option, I cannot login, whether it be the app or online. I lost access to all my devices as the app asked for the 2 factor authentication after being logged out for awhile…I have no idea what to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.
