How to do a Factory Reset of Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight?

My Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Camera disconnected from my wifi network yesterday and now I can't get it to reconnect. I saw in the user manual it says I should be able to press the "sync" button on the device for 12 seconds and it should do a factory reset. I've tried this numerous times but it doesn't seem to work. Am I missing something? Is there another way to get it to reset - or better yet, reconnect?

I'm trying to re-add it to my network using the Arlo app, but it's not seeing the QR code, which is why I'm trying to do the reset.

You should be able to complete a factory reset by holding the sync button for 12+ seconds. If you're having trouble, try charging the battery first and then attempt the factory reset again.
